Quick start
- 1. Sign up with email and password
- 2. Use your welcome bonus – you have 30 days to try it out
- 3. Click "New plan" in the dashboard — or upload an existing document via "Import document"
- 4. Enter a name and description – AI will suggest a suitable structure Starter+
- 5. Fill in sections and use AI recaps
- 6. Invite collaborators, export PDF or create a proposal for your client
Projects & Plans
Plan and project limits
Projects are folders for organizing plans. Plans are the actual documents with AI features – this is where AI credits are used.
AI credit and visualization limits reset monthly. Project and plan limits are permanent.
1. Creating a plan
In the dashboard, click "New plan". Enter a descriptive name and description – the more detailed the description, the better AI suggestions you'll get.
1b. Document Import All plans
Do you have an existing document (business plan, study, proposal, presentation)? Upload it and Strateg‑AI will automatically use reverse engineering to create a native strategic plan — with sections, goals, actions, and budget.
Import limit resets monthly. The original document is automatically deleted after processing.
2. Working with sections
Every plan consists of sections. Click a section to open it in the editor.
3. Versioning & History
Every section change automatically creates a new version. Nothing is ever lost.

4. AI credits – overview by plan
Every AI request (recap, analysis, guide, chat) uses 1 credit. Visualizations use an additional credit from the visualization limit. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.

Strateg‑AI isn't just for your own planning – it also serves as a working tool for consultants and agencies. Create a plan for a client and turn it into a professional proposal with one click.

Custom branding = proposals without the Strateg‑AI logo. The proposal then appears as fully yours (from plan [object Object]).
1. Creating a proposal from a plan
In the plan workspace, click "Create proposal". The system automatically converts the plan content into a structured proposal.
2. What the proposal contains
The client can review the proposal and approve their chosen option directly in it – no emails or PDF attachments.

Upload an existing plan, strategy, or presentation – AI analyzes the document and automatically creates a native Strateg‑AI plan from it. Works with PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX.

Each plan has limits that reset monthly:
Glossary
- Project
- The main container in Strateg-AI. Groups an Idea, Strategy, Strategic Plans and Action Plans in one place. Each project corresponds to one goal or topic.
- Plan
- A strategic document containing sections. Can be private or shared with collaborators.
- Strategy
- A methodical document with What, Why and Choice — describes how to get from an Idea to execution. It is part of a Project.
- Section
- An individual part of a plan (e.g. Goals, Strategy, Risks). Each section has its own editor and version history.
- Owner
- The person who created the plan. Has full control – approves proposals, invites/removes members, can delete the plan.
- Collaborator
- An invited team member with the right to suggest changes. Cannot directly edit the plan – creates proposals for approval.
- Observer
- An invited team member with read-only access. Cannot create proposals or make any changes.
- Proposal
- A change proposed by a collaborator. The owner must approve it for it to take effect in the plan.
- AI recap
- A feature to improve section text using AI – summarize, expand, simplify, analyze.
- AI analysis
- Comprehensive evaluation of the entire plan – quality score, risks, recommendations, priority actions.
- AI guide
- An interactive assistant that guides you through creating a plan and offers contextual advice.
- AI visualization
- Image generation (diagrams, maps, timelines) using AI. Lite/Starter: SDXL model. Pro: DALL-E 3 (higher quality).
- Client proposal
- A professional business proposal generated from a plan. Contains scope of work, pricing options, and schedule. The client can approve it online.
- Dynamic sections
- AI-proposed plan structure based on the name and description. Available from the Starter plan.
- Granular access
- The ability to restrict a collaborator's access to only selected sections or a one-time task.
- AI briefing
- Context and summary of the plan for collaborators including recommendations on what's missing.
- AI pre-review
- A collaborator can have AI evaluate their proposal before sending it to the owner.
- AI synthesis
- The owner can have AI merge multiple collaborator proposals into one coherent text.
- Version
- A historical state of a section. Every change creates a new version you can revert to.
- Gallery
- A personal image library – uploaded, AI-generated, or imported from Pexels.
- Document import
- A feature for uploading an external file (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX) and automatically converting it to a native Strateg‑AI plan. AI analyzes the document and suggests section structure – the user confirms or cancels the preview.
- Reverse engineering
- The technical term for the Document Import feature. AI breaks down an external strategic document into parts and assembles a new plan in Strateg‑AI.
- Welcome bonus
- A one-time bonus for new users: +15 AI requests, +1 visualizations, +2 extra plans. Valid for 30 days from registration and used before monthly limits.
- Custom branding
- The ability to remove the Strateg‑AI logo from client proposals. The proposal then appears as fully yours. From the Starter plan.
- PDF templates
- Custom templates for PDF export with your logo and style. Available from the Pro plan.
- Referral
- A referral program. Earn credits for friends you invite who subscribe.
- Ambassador
- A status in the referral program (Bronze/Silver/Gold) with bonuses for AI requests.
