What happens when I reach my limit?
We’ll notify you as you approach the limit. Once reached, you can upgrade or wait for the monthly reset.

How does billing work?
We bill monthly or annually (with a 17% discount). We accept credit cards.

What is the difference between SDXL and DALL-E 3?
SDXL is a faster and more accessible model for Lite/Starter plans. DALL-E 3 offers premium quality for Pro users. Mermaid diagrams are free for everyone.
What is the difference between an Idea and an Intent?
An Idea is a free-form note — unlimited, no AI cost, saved instantly. An Intent is created from an Idea using AI: you answer 4 questions (What exactly? For whom? What problem? Why now?) and AI drafts the structure. Each Intent generation uses 1 AI action from your monthly pool.
What are Mermaid diagrams?
Programmatically generated diagrams, flowcharts and timelines — no AI cost. Available for free in all plans.
What is the difference in export between plans?
PDF export is free for everyone. Importing sample plans is also free. JSON export/import is available from the Lite plan onwards.
How do Team licences work?
Team licences let you buy multiple user accounts at once with a significant discount. The admin manages the team centrally; each member has their own limits. We invoice to a company ID.
Can I add members gradually?
Yes, you don’t have to fill all seats right away. Invite members gradually as needed via activation links. Unused seats remain available.
