When do I get paid?
Rewards are credited on the first day of each month for the previous month. Credit is immediately visible in your account settings.
How long does a referral pay?
As long as your referral maintains their subscription. This is not a one-time bonus — you receive 20% every month for the entire duration of their subscription.
What is the 2nd level (5%)?
If your referral themselves brings in another paying user, you receive 5% of that user's payment. The program has two levels.
How do I become an invoice partner?
You need a Starter plan or higher and a company registration number. In referral settings, select invoice payout instead of credit.
Is the referral program free?
Yes. You can generate your referral link for free in account settings. It works for all plans including Free.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No. The number of referrals is not limited in any way. Credit is capped at CZK 3,000/mo — above this threshold, invoicing is advantageous.
