We never train AI models on your data. We use the OpenAI API with a zero data retention policy – everything is deleted after processing your request. Our team has no access to your plan content.
All communication takes place over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS 1.3). Your data is protected in transit.
Data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) with Convex, which holds SOC 2 Type II certification.
No one on our team has direct access to your plans. We access data only when resolving a technical issue you report, and always with your explicit consent.
We store only secure password hashes using modern algorithms. We never see your actual password.
