Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the Strateg-AI service and its users.

2. Definitions

• Service – the Strateg-AI web application available at strateg-ai.com
• User – any natural or legal person using the Service
• Account – a user profile created upon registration
• Plan – a strategic document created within the Service

3. Registration and user account

Registration is required to use the Service. Users must provide accurate and current information. Users are responsible for the security of their password and access credentials.

4. Pricing plans and payments

The Service is available in several pricing plans: Free, Lite, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. The current pricing is listed on the Pricing.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual payment includes a discount equivalent to two months free.

5. User rights and obligations

The User agrees to:

• Not use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Not share access credentials with third parties
• Not disrupt the security or availability of the Service
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Content ownership

All content you create within the Service (plans, sections, notes) remains your exclusive property. The operator acquires no rights to your content.

Confidentiality

The operator commits to maintaining the confidentiality of your plan content. It has no access to the content without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Anonymised data

The operator may use anonymised, aggregated statistics (e.g. number of plans, feature usage) to improve the Service. These statistics never contain specific plan content.

Service protection

The Strateg-AI service, including its design and source code, is protected by copyright of SecuFin Moravia s.r.o..

7. Limitation of liability

The operator is not liable for damages caused by service outages, data loss, or decisions made based on AI feature outputs. AI recommendations serve only as input and do not replace professional advice.

8. Account termination

Users may cancel their account at any time in their settings. The operator reserves the right to terminate an account for breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Terms

The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.

10. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
